Consultation with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and the Ministry of Defence (MoD) along with other organisations with aviation interests has already taken place. The conclusions of this consultation indicate that a windfarm development on this site will not have any adverse effects.
There are a number of television and telecommunications links in the surrounding area and all relevant providers have been consulted. The layout of the windfarm has taken into account all infrastructure constraints including public roads and appropriate buffers have been applied. Television reception will be monitored during development, and any issues will be remedied as necessary.
